  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used unless there is a defect or damage.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@hellosa.site with photos of the item and the packaging. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used lipsticks, cosmetics, or beauty products (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items or items marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different shade, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee that we will have the item you want in stock when the return is processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank or credit card statement. If it’s still not visible, contact your payment provider directly. Shipping Fees
